Site and civil engineering on these programs is led by our partner McIntosh & Associates of Bakersfield.
Finished lots delivered and closed to D.R. Horton in three phases within 21 months of construction start — the first JP Land program, executed on the same owner-builder, builder-deposit model used across the pipeline.
A multi-tract master program in Bakersfield under purchase agreement with the landowner and under option to K. Hovnanian, including a planned community park in coordination with the City.
Land owned by JP Land with the Phase 1 final map recorded; finished lots planned for delivery to D.R. Horton.
Under construction, with finished lots pre-sold to D.R. Horton under an off-balance-sheet purchase agreement.
Further land is under contract or in planning in Bakersfield, Delano and the surrounding Kern County market, sourced almost entirely through direct relationships with landowners and agricultural families. Including these, the Company’s pipeline totals more than 3,200 lots across contracted, executing and prospective programs.
